Price corrections — especially welcome. If a price on this site no longer matches what a provider publishes, tell us which provider and what you saw. Reader corrections are built into our corrections policy: we verify, fix the page, and update its "prices checked" stamp.
Errors and disagreements. If a comparison gets something wrong about a product — or you think a verdict is unfair — say so, with specifics. Providers are welcome to write too; factual corrections get fixed regardless of who sends them, though rankings themselves are not negotiable.
Requests. A head-to-head you'd like us to publish, or a provider you think belongs in the roundup? Those suggestions shape what we write next. If you're writing about a business you run, say so — context helps us weigh a suggestion, and corrections are verified the same way whoever sends them.
We read everything. We reply to most messages within 2–3 business days; correction reports jump the queue. One boundary: we can't advise on your specific payroll or tax situation — for that, your accountant's answer outranks ours, and your payroll provider's support team can act on your account in ways we can't.
